Thanks to the compassion and generosity of our supporters, in the last year, Animal Rahat treated more than 12,000 animals suffering from infections and diseases; rescued birds, bats, snakes, calves, and many other animals; set up life-changing spay/neuter programs to help “community dogs” in numerous villages; trained 60 veterinarians in Maharashtra’s Department of Animal Husbandry on humane castration methods for bullocks; and did much, much more.

Please take a few minutes today to read our 2016 Annual Review, which describes in greater detail how the work that you and other kind people fund is directly improving the lives of animals in need. Together, we’re making tremendous strides toward ending the suffering of India’s working animals.

Many thanks to our supporters for their compassion. We look forward to updating you on our ambitious plans during the year to come!
