Below is a photo taken at our wonderful new sanctuary. As you know, we recently purchased 10 acres to create a new sanctuary so that we can rescue and retire even more animals. We still need to pave the roads, but we’re almost done with the fencing, and we’ve begun constructing a bore well. We’re planting trees, and we’ve built shade canopies to give animals protection from the sun.

Do you see that green bristled material that Bandya, one of our rescued calves, is rubbing against? We’ve wrapped the support poles of the canopies with this material, as the animals enjoy using the bristles to groom themselves.
