When Animal Rahat staff members found Rocky huddled alone in the storage room of a college dormitory, he was still wearing the collar that had been put on him when he was just a puppy. As he grew, it didn’t, eventually becoming deeply and painfully embedded in his neck.

An Animal Rahat veterinarian gingerly removed the collar, cleaned and treated the bloody wound that it had left behind, and administered painkillers. Imagine what a huge relief that must have been for little Rocky!
