While much of Animal Rahat’s work centers around working and companion animals, the group helps wildlife, too. That can mean rescuing porcupines, wolves, pangolins, and other wild animals who have become trapped at the bottom of a deep well, relocating a crocodile or a cobra who is being threatened by frightened villagers, providing an injured bird with emergency medical treatment, or rescuing monkeys who are being illegally held captive or who have been electrocuted by faulty wires.
