Among the many other animals rescued recently were three orphaned puppies who are now living at our home for retired bullocks, four parrots who had been captured illegally and were transferred to a wildlife rehabilitation center from which they will be released after their flight feathers grow back in, four snakes—including a deadly spectacled cobra—who were carefully removed from people’s homes and relocated to their jungle habitat, and the unfortunate snake above, who had become hopelessly entangled in netting on a grape farm. The sharp netting had cut into her flesh, so Animal Rahat carefully cleaned and treated her lacerations before releasing her into a safe area.
