Seventeen ponies and a little horse foal are now enjoying wonderful lives in the beautiful blue Nilgiri Hills. After weeks of building sturdy sheds, installing fencing, and providing other necessities, the team carefully loaded the rescued equines, who had been housed at the Sangli sanctuary temporarily, onto trucks and set off to the south to the sanctuary in Gundlupet! More equines will be making the journey to the gorgeous new site soon.
