There are two more terrific updates to share with you since producing this video. First, the team is grateful to have found an official willing to help secure government funding for bullock cart owners that will mechanize the operations of 900 sugar cane harvesters over the next two years, retiring many thousands of bulls from grueling labor. Second, the team is mechanizing three more brick kilns—meaning 21 more weary donkeys will soon be freed from backbreaking work and take their place at one of Animal Rahat’s beautiful sanctuaries.
